Hi, I’m Monica Sibișteanu—a Metacognitive Learning Consultant, content strategist, and quiet builder of reflective systems.
For the past 18+ years, I’ve helped individuals, teams, and organizations learn more effectively—by learning about learning itself.
My journey weaves through education, marketing, EU-funded training programs, and human development. But the real thread?

Why Do I Do This
I grew up in a world where survival came first—and questions came later.
But questions were always my path to freedom. To understanding myself. To rewriting old stories.
That’s why my work isn’t just about learning. It’s about remembering who we are when we strip away the noise.
